I could not be happier with the service that my cute blue staff Marley received today. From the phone call this morning with the receptionist who was friendly, caring & polite, Marley’s appointment this afternoon, she was made a fuss of as soon as she walked through the door- shown kindness & love( Marley liked the attention & treats) The vet was caring & friendly, full of kindness also, Marley was checked over from head to toe with lots of love & care We were talked through her treatment plan with no rush at all I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone who has a pet We walked away extremely happy with all service received & we didn’t think that Marley was just a number as some vets do work that way Great team & Great service & staff Marley will be returning❤️

I can't recommend Emma enough! She is an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate vet who truly cares about the well-being of animals and goes above and beyond. From the moment we walked into the clinic, she made both me and my pet feel at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and handled my pet with such kindness and patience. The team at Ballina Vets have been amazing to all of our 3 dogs and most recently our cat Princess who had to have surgery on her foot. They staff have been so lovely in caring for Princess, who has to be caged whilst healing - I think she feels happier there than at home with us! Thank you to Emma & her team for their expertise and compassion over the last few weeks. I cannot fault their care & highly recommend you bring your pets here!

Our bullterrier Marty has a nasty habit of eating things he shouldn’t, and after his 5th surgery last month, he decided to eat some rocks! Emma and the team were so incredible and supportive, helping Marty to pass them on his own without operating again so soon. It was touch and go for a few days, but he’s now getting back to his usual self (with a newly fenced off garden) and none of this would be possible without Ballina vets. Thank you for saving our Marty again 💓 he’s the heart of our family and we’d be lost without him.

I could not recommend a better clinic. From the vet owner to the vet nurses and administration. They took outstanding care of my dog. I had to take my 10 year old Golden Retriever Louis here after talking him for a walk on Belongil in beach and he ate a puffer fish that was on the sand. They took great care of my baby Louis. Te team also helped comfort myself and the kids and we felt safe that we left him in good hands. We picked Louis up fully recovered and a happy boy.

The team at Ballina Veterinary Hospital led by Dr Emma have been amazing with the care recently of our beloved kelpie Dusty, and our precious cat Jinx. Both required surgery and care within a week of each other and the supportive after care is also next level. We’ve been clients of Ballina veterinary hospital for over 21 years and wouldn’t trust anywhere else to provide the level of care we’ve received.
